Job Title: Telecaller

Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Provide information about our products (plywood, laminate, veneer, MDF).
Answer customer queries and offer solutions.- Update and maintain customer contact lists.
Schedule appointments for sales representatives.
- Follow up with customers and ensure satisfaction.
Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi is mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous telecalling or customer service experience preferred.- Good communication skills.
Basic computer skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
Fixed Sunday off
