- Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our sales team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential B2B clients to sell our background verification services. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, engage with prospective clients, and convert these prospects into satisfied customers.
Lead Generation:
Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and other communication methods.Client Engagement:
Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and explain the benefits of our background verification services.Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches to potential clients, highlighting the unique features and advantages of our services.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
Follow-Up:
Follow up with leads and prospects to provide additional information, answer questions, and address any concerns.Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and provide regular reports on lead generation and conversion rates.
Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role, preferably in the B2B sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.- Ability to understand and articulate technical services to a non-technical audience.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office
- Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in selling background verification or HR-related services.- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
