The role of a telemarketing executive is to use their persuasion skills to sell, upsell and cross-sell the company's products or services.
Calls potential customers to sell.
Generating leads through database provided.
Keeping track of calls, sales, and other useful information.
Investigating customer input and assessing customer happiness.
Keeping track of all successful and unsuccessful sales attempts.
Participating in regular team meetings to define progress and performance criteria.
Maintaining operations by adhering to policies, methodologies, and functional changes.
- Tele caller Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent or Graduate or Masters.
Prior experience as a Tele caller or similar.
Completion of a sales-related training program is preferred.
Computer literate.
Exposure to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms, and experiences.
Superb verbal communication.
Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
Good Communication skills and Confident with positive nature.
