We are looking for a proactive and communicative Tele caller to join our team. The role focuses on building and nurturing client relationships, through outbound calls and follow-ups.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the database to introduce the products and services of our company.
  • Identify potential leads and build a robust pipeline of leads and clients.
Set appointments for the senior sales team to discuss detailed digital marketing solutions with potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide initial information about tailored digital marketing solutions.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies.
  • Email marketing and follow-up on emails with prospects who have shown interest in our services
Generate interest and demand for our digital marketing services through effective communication and persuasive skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and client interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on call activities, appointment settings, and lead generation results.
  • Qualifications:
Proven experience in telecalling or a related field, preferably in a B2B sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly with clients over the phone.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to manage and update client interactions.
Goal-oriented, with the ability to work with a team.
