Job Overview:
- The company is seeking energetic and enthusiastic female tele callers who will be responsible
- for making outbound calls to potential clients to promote our educational courses and services. The
- ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude, capable of
- explaining the offerings effectively to prospective students and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and students to promote the company's courses and services.
- Provide accurate information about the academy's programs, fees, and enrolment process.
- Engage with leads, address inquiries, and convert potential clients into confirmed enrolments.
- Maintain records of conversations and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made and conversions.
- Build strong relationships with potential students by understanding their needs and offering relevant courses.
- Handle objections or concerns from potential clients professionally.
- Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns and events.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi.
- Confidence and ability to engage in meaningful conversations with prospective clients.
- Basic computer knowledge for updating client information and handling emails.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduation.
- Previous experience in tele calling or sales (preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
