We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Tele callers to join our team in Jamshedpur. The successful candidates will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, providing information about our solar energy products and services, and scheduling appointments for consultations.
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our solar energy solutions.
- Answer inbound queries from interested customers and provide detailed information.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and solar energy benefits.- Schedule appointments for field sales teams with interested clients.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly call and sales targets.
Fluent in Hindi, English, and Oriya (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in marketing or sales are a plus.
