Job Summary:As a Telecaller at K2web Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales and customer engagement initiatives. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote our services, explain our offerings, and schedule appointments for our sales team. Your goal will be to generate leads, nurture relationships, and help convert prospects into satisfied clients.
Outbound Calling:- Make a specified number of outbound calls daily to prospective and existing clients.
Introduce and explain K2web Solutions services, offerings, and benefits to potential clients.- Address any queries or concerns clients might have about the services.
Secure appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.- Manage and update calendars for the sales representatives.
Follow up with potential clients to confirm appointments.
Identify and qualify potential leads from various sources.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information and call logs.
Track the progress of leads and provide regular updates to the sales manager.
- Customer Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
Follow up on previous calls to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment reports.
- Provide feedback on call outcomes and suggest improvements in the calling process.
Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of telecalling strategies.
- Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.(Not mandatory )Experience:
Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role. Freshers were also considerd.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport with clients and handle objections effectively.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Organization Skills:
Excellent time management and organizational skills.Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic, resilient, and able to handle rejection positively.
