Job Description: Tele Caller Exceutive Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.- Answer questions about products or the company.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products/services.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Convert leads into sales by explaining product benefits and answering questions.
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and sales.
- Participate in team meetings and share best practices.
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a tele caller or similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time management skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
