A telecaller in real estate is responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote real estate projects, generate leads, and close sales. Other responsibilities include:
- Building relationships: Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, both existing and potential
- Answering questions: Answering queries and questions about the company and its products
- Taking orders: Taking and processing orders accurately
- Following up: Following up with incoming leads
- Making reports: Making reports and documentation based on conversations with clients
- Communicating: Interacting with clients via various channels, such as live chat, emails, social media, and direct calls
- Adapting: Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand
- Maintaining records: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the database
