Key Responsibilities:- Inbound & Outbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from customers and respond to their queries in a timely and professional manner. Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about special offers, promotions, and services.
Reservations & Bookings:
Assist customers in making reservations, bookings, and cancellations. Ensure that all bookings are accurately recorded in the system.Customer Service:
Provide detailed information about the company's services, facilities, and offers. Address customer complaints and issues, escalating to the appropriate department if necessary.Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Sales Support: Promote the company's services and amenities, encouraging upselling when appropriate.
Data Management:
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information after each interaction.Report Generation:
Generate daily and weekly reports on call volumes, customer feedback, and booking statuses.Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
