We are seeking an enthusiastic Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering inquiries, and providing information about our products/services. The role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Provide information about our products/services.
- Maintain a customer database and keep records of conversations.
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets.
Requirements:- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Prior experience in telecalling is an advantage.
