Job Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to potential customers for list properties .
Provide detailed information about travel destinations, packages, and booking procedures.- Assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and changes to travel plans.
Follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and sales targets set by the company.- Adhere to company scripts, policies, and guidelines during all customer interactions.
Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi.- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
Previous experience in tele-calling, sales, or customer service, preferably in the travel industry, is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric attitude.
Female candidates preferred due to the nature of the role.
