• Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our team. The Tele Caller will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers by phone to inform them about our products and services, respond to their questions, and generate leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and persuasive manner, and the ability to handle rejections gracefully.

• Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls.

• Customer Engagement.

Sales and Lead Generation.

Data Management.

• Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.

• Proven experience as a tele caller, telemarketer, or similar sales/customer service role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in relevant computer applications (e.g., MS Excel, MS Office).

Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.

• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

Good time management and organizational skills.

• Preferred Skills:

Experience in the [specific industry, e.g., telecommunications, insurance, etc.] sector.

• Multilingual abilities.

Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.
