As a Telecaller Female Executive, you will be the first point of contact between our company and prospective clients. Your primary role will be to introduce our interior design services, schedule consultations, and maintain a database of potential clients.
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services.
- Answer incoming inquiries from prospective clients and provide information about our services.
Schedule appointments for consultations with our interior designers.- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
Follow up with leads and clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls made and appointments scheduled.
- Key Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in the interior design or related industry.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in [Preferred Languages: English, Hindi, or Regional Language].
Customer Service:
Strong customer service orientation with a polite and friendly demeanor.Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage and update client databases effectively.Motivation: Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
