Job Summary:We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Tele Caller to join our team. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products or services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and the ability to convince customers to purchase our offerings.
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Present and explain our products or services to customers over the phone.
Data Collection.- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all interactions with customers.
Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries.- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals.
