We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, with the ability to engage potential clients and drive sales.
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Identify customer needs and provide information about relevant offerings.- Maintain a detailed record of calls, customer interactions, and sales outcomes in our CRM system.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with clients.- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and improve calling techniques.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in telecalling or customer service roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle objections.
Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
