Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to inform them about our products and services.- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
Customer Interaction:- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide relevant information.Sales Targets:
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Generate leads and close sales to meet company objectives.
Data Management:
- Accurately record customer information and maintain updated records in the CRM system.
Track and report on call activities and outcomes.
- Feedback and Improvement:
Gather customer feedback and relay it to the relevant department for product and service improvement.- Continuously improve call scripts and sales techniques based on feedback and performance.
