Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Caller Executive, based in New Delhi. The Tele Caller Executive will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing online support to customers.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English.
• Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills.
• Experience in providing online support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle customer queries efficiently.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Previous experience in the drone industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
