a dynamic Tele caller to join our team in Gurgaon, Sector-

years of experience and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our
products/services.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and sales goals.
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound calling.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other call-related tools.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Customer Service or
Marketing are a plus.
