Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about products and services, and securing sales or appointments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle rejection gracefully.
Outbound Calls: Make a specified number of outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
- Customer Interaction: Engage customers in conversation to identify their needs and suggest suitable products/services.
Sales Conversion:
Convert calls into sales or appointments, achieving set targets and goals.Follow-up:
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and secure repeat business.Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and other relevant data using CRM software.
- Feedback: Gather customer feedback and relay it to the relevant departments for continuous improvement.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for effective telemarketing campaigns.Problem Solving:
Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.Experience:
Prior experience in telecalling, telemarketing, customer service, or a related field is preferred.Skills:- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.- Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM software.
Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
