As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, answer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service. This role requires effective communication skills, and customer-eccentric approach.

- The Candidate should have worked on Inbound and outbound Process
- Respond to user's queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
- Identify customer needs and help users to use specific features
- Analyze and report about issues facing by users
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities..
