Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller at ExceptionHandlers in Mumbai. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our IT solutions, and generating leads. They will also handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and maintain customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in telemarketing or sales

- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
