Responsibilities:

• Functional support to cross functional activity for back office
• Support purchase and store function as and when needed with inventory audits and planning
• Customer relationship management / account management etc. (facilitating communication with customers and suppliers)
• Support staff engineers and purchasing with invoicing, data entry , email communication activity as needed
• Co-ordinate activity with accounting function and external accountants as and when needed (support audit activity for GST/ Tax etc.)
• Banking support as and when needed
• Supply chain support (logistics both in-bound for raw material and outbound for work in progress and finished to be co-ordinated)
• Document weekly minutes from management meetings and follow up with stakeholders as needed
• Support sales functions as and when needed with RFQ activity
• Auditing the different departments as a management representative per shedule

Skills:

• Basic knowledge of computers (MS Office Suite)
• Conversant with Tally for invoicing and other entrys desired
• Attention to detail and documentation is a must
• Ability to organize back office (filing, supporting accounting and sales functions)
• Fluency in written and spoken English is a must
• Ability to work in a team and manage team of semi skilled operators
