Description

We are seeking a skilled Tele Caller to join our Customer Support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and answering incoming calls from existing customers. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads
• Answer incoming calls from existing customers and provide excellent customer service
• Follow up on customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in a Tele Caller or Customer Support role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in English and Hindi
