Location: Pune ,Maharashtra

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Tele caller and Receptionist at our aviation institute. The ideal candidate will handle both telephonic inquiries and front desk responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and callers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Tele calling:
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential students, parents, to provide information about our aviation courses, admission procedures, and upcoming events.
  • Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels and convert inquiries into admissions.
  • Maintain a database of contacts and update records regularly.
  • Handle inbound calls, addressing queries, providing accurate information, and transferring calls to appropriate departments.
  1. Receptionist Duties:
  • Greet visitors warmly and professionally, both in person and over the phone.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
  • Manage the institute's front desk operations, including handling incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
  1. Customer Service:
  • Ensure a high level of customer service at all times.
  • Resolve visitor and caller complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
  1. Administrative Support:
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as assigned by the administration team.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication within the institute.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a tele caller, receptionist, or in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) English /Hindi//Marathi
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
  • Knowledge of aviation industry terminology and courses (preferred but not required).

Education :High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management or Hospitality is a plus.
