Job Description

  • Experience handling operations with various team chatbots, inbound outbound #Handling sales queries regarding our products and upselling.
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients.
  • Update customer information in the customer service database in CRM
  • Gathering feedback and translating them back to the team.
  • Managing Process team floor plan for day-to-day work targets.
  • Optimize team performance process to meet defined sales targets for team individual.
Ideal Profile

Skills Required:

  • More than 2 years of experience in Sales operations.
  • Excellent customer service, leadership, and selling skills.
  • Process Management skills.
  • Team Handling
  • Persuasive typing skills written communication experience.
  • Empathy, adaptability, Self-control, taking responsibility.
  • Customer-first attitude.
  • Soft Skills
  • Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing, social media, Robotics, and Artificial Intelligence is value add.
