Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Telecaller at Accolades Integrated located in Kochi. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our services, answering questions, and scheduling appointments. The role also includes maintaining client records, following up on leads, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Proficient in using CRM software
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
• Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
