Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Tele Caller at ABCD. The Tele Caller will make calls to potential clients, promote courses and counseling services, and schedule appointments. The role involves maintaining a database of leads, following up with inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and telemarketing abilities
• Experience in customer service
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Basic knowledge or interest in psychology (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
