Technology Support Executive ( ICT )

We are a Preschool to Grade 12 school in the city of Rajkot (Gujarat). Responsibilities:

• User and data management on school portals (GSuite, in-house portals, etc)

• Learning materials: Layout, printing and distribution

• Data and document management

• Troubleshoot network issues

• Technical support in all ICT projects

Qualifications:

• A bachelor s degree in computer/ICT (B.Tech, BCA, Diploma, BVoc)

• Proficiency in cloud productivity applications (particularly Google Docs and Sheets)

• Knowledge of different types of hardware (servers, desktops, laptops, mobile devices)

• Knowledge of data storage solutions (databases, cloud storage), data backup and recovery procedures, and data encryption techniques.
