Building and being responsible for the unit's strategy and roadmap to achieve interpersonal business, operational and delivery goals as well as end-to-end management of the testing engagements, including professional, financial and HR aspects.n

What will your job look liken

• You will be responsible to build and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP CSP.n
• You will be expected to troubleshoot and resolve any IT service issues related to cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters; partner with the other infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve related issues.n
• You will need to leverage optimization techniques to build cost effective solution and design.n
• Implement and maintains a systems business impact assessment to prioritize system recovery in the event of a failure.n
• You will also be expected to evaluate new technologies to meet business needs or to solve business problems.n
• You will manage and lead Root Cause Analysis, Lessons Learned and prevention processes to provide high standard deliverables that meet SLA (Service Level Adherence) and ensure CSAT (Customer Satisfaction).n

All you need is...n

• Strong experience with Cloud Infrastructure Management: Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and cost-effective AWS / GCP cloud infrastructure using services such as EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, EKS, GKE.n
• Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes cluster, ARGO CD, Rancher tool.n
• Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD): Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, ECR,Dockern
• Configuration Management: Utilize tools like Ansible, Teraform, Cloud formation, for automated configuration management, infrastructure provisioning, and application deployment.n
• Monitoring and Logging: Set up and manage monitoring, alerting, and logging frameworks using tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana), and dynatrace to ensure system performance, reliability, and availability.n
• Automation and Scripting: Write scripts in Python, Bash, or other languages to automate repetitive tasks, infrastructure provisioning, and application deployments.n
• Incident Management and Troubleshooting: Respond to system outages, incidents, and performance issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.n
• Documentation and Training: Create and maintain detailed documentation for infrastructure, processes, and procedures. Provide guidance and training to other team members on DevOps practices and tools.n
