About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This role will be instrumental in sourcing and hiring top-tier tech talent for our clients in Noida.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Actively source and identify top tech talent, including passive candidates, using innovative techniques such as LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and referrals.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
- Technical Interviews: Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and engineering teams.
- Offer Negotiation: Participate in offer negotiation and closing processes.
- Candidate Experience: Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Recruitment Process: Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to onboarding.
- Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and talent market insights.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in tech talent acquisition, with a strong focus on sourcing and recruitment.
- In-depth knowledge of the Indian tech industry and emerging trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Immediate availability to start.
