As part of the dynamic Technology and Digital Transformation team at Regent College London, the Technology Business Analyst and Project Manager will play a crucial role in leading the implementation and release of transformative technology projects and services. As a combined Business Analyst and Project Manager, you'll navigate the needs of both roles. On the one hand, you will delve into user stories and process mapping to ensure business needs are precisely met and translated into functional specifications. Then, as needed, you will coordinate roadmaps, project timelines, risks, and cross-organisational te
ams.
Your work will focus on enhancing our educational and administrative systems, streamlining processes, and fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to deeply understand our business needs, strategies, processes, and services, leading to the effective delivery of technical solutions. As part of the development team, you will be empowering your technical colleagues to deliver work smoothly and in an agile
way.
