Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
IT Support:
- Provide technical support to end-users through various channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly.

- Budget planning and control for the IT (capital expense and consumables).
- Performance measurement of Vendors.
Digital Transformation:
- Identify opportunities for digital transformation and develop a roadmap.
- Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and challenges.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
- Drive digital initiatives and projects from conception to completion.
Team Management:
- Maintain cross functional relationship and People management.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement performance management processes.
Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are met.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
