Process Overview
Global Markets Technology provides end-to-end technology solutions for Global Markets businesses including Equities, Prime Brokerage, Interest Rates, Currencies, Commodities, Derivatives and Structured Products. GMT solutions span across Sales, Electronic / Voice Trading, Pricing, Market Risk, Trade Workflow, Middle office, Collateral Management, Credit Risk, Post-trade confirmation, Settlement and Client service functions. In Global Business Services (GBS) GMT India, the activities we are responsible for include architecture, design, development, QA, change management, implementation and support using various enterprise technologies.
Job Description
FICC Macro Trading Tech is part of Global Markets business, cross-functional organization with developers and systems engineers, QA professionals, Product Owners/ Managers and business/technical support professionals enabling technology for the Global Macro Products viz., Currencies, Treasury products, Commodities, Emerging Markets, and derivatives. The candidate we are looking for will be managing, leading and overseeing the technology team(s) aligned to one or more of these business verticals.
The ideal candidate will have proven skills in leading / managing large scale offshore technology delivery teams. The candidate will also support the technology talent planning, project planning, execution and senior level stakeholder management. The candidate will be expected to strengthen the global engagement, and build the right capability in India to meet the current and anticipated future delivery needs.
The ideal candidate should have about 20 of experience in complex application design and development, business analysis skills, have extensive experience of project and people management in delivering technology projects. A strong understanding of Global Markets products, processes and functions will be a great addition.
Responsibilities
