Job Description: Technology Engineer (KAL Product)

Job Location: Pune, India

Role Overview: The Technology Engineer will be responsible for the development, unit testing, and support of ATM functionalities within the WPB Channels Self Service Sub Value Stream. This role will require hands-on experience with C#, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.

Key Responsibilities: Development and Unit Testing: Develop and test ATM functionalities based on business requirements and specifications.

KAL Component Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of KAL components such as K3A, Kalignite, and KTC.

Technical Proficiency: Possess a solid grasp of C# .NET, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.

Message Communication: Be familiar with message communication protocols like NDC or ISO standards.

Windows 10 Knowledge (Optional): Know about Windows 10 components like registry, event logs, and GPO policies.

Scripting Skills (Optional): Be proficient in Powershell and MSBuild scripting.

Defect Management: Identify and resolve defects/bugs discovered during testing.

DevOps Tools: Utilise DevOps tools like GitHub and Jenkins effectively.

Production Support: Provide support for production incidents and change orders.

Team Collaboration: Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely completion of business requirements.

Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation in Jira and Confluence.

Release Management (Optional): Participate in release management activities during testing phases like SIT, E2E, UAT, etc.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in software development, with a focus on C#, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.

Strong understanding of KAL components and message communication protocols.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Windows 10 components and scripting languages.

Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.

Experience in the financial services industry, specifically ATM systems.
