This role is part of the Global Marketing Team driving business performance of Eurofins Assurance. The candidate will be exposed to global landscape and get the chances to work with colleagues and partners from different part of the world. Currently Eurofins Assurance teams spans across 16 offices in Africa, Asia, Europe and North America.

Responsibilities
This role will be the essential bridge between various internal IT platforms and internal users to drive adoption and utilisation of different digital solutions:
- Understand business needs and interpret internal users expectations thoroughly.
- Be well-versed of digital solutions assigned and become to go-to contact point for user support.
- Provide training and guidance to users, and produce relevant training materials with support.
- Share practical knowledge and best practices among all offices to encourage self-learning by users.
- Monitor utilisation and identify gaps, followed by recommendations to improve.
- Generate insights from data analytics to support.
- Explore possible solutions when encountering technical blockers in business processes.
You will have a dedicated responsibility for MS Dynamic 365 CRM in the beginning and assist the teams in other digital platforms along the way.
IT documentations support will be required from this role. You might also be required to handle ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by the supervisor.
Qualification
- Good business acumen, agility and communications skills with good ability to work with different people.
- Proactive and independent to manage projects with minimal supervision.
- Excellent sense in data. Experience in Power BI is highly desirable.
- Brief knowledge in IT infrastructure, database management and network is bonus.
- Certificates on MS Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales App and Marketing App) are advantages but not compulsory.
- No industry experience is required. We welcome candidates from any B2B industry.
