Job Description :
The Techno Sales Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in the Digital Forensic sectot. This role requires a deep understanding of Digital Forensic & Cyber security products. He or she should have strong sales acumen, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. He is responsible for Technical demonstration & Implementation of both Digital forensic & Cyber security Products.
Techno Sales Manager is instrumental in achieving revenue targets and expanding market share in the Indian Market. He should be able to give Technical Product Demos and he should be able to travel across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities especially Digital Forensics and Cyber Security Domain.
Analyze market data to develop strategies for targeting specific customer segments and industries.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company`s goals and objectives.
Create sales plans, forecasts, and budgets to achieve revenue targets.
Identify key target accounts and establish a plan for prospecting and engagement.
New Business Development:
Identify and qualify new leads and opportunities in the Digital Forensic & cyber security Products space.
Should Build a robust pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
Develop and nurture relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Product and Solution Knowledge:
Maintain a deep understanding of the company`s products and services.
Articulate the value proposition of these product value to potential clients.
Sales Presentations and Proposals:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Collaborate with technical teams to create customized solutions that meet client needs.
Negotiation and Closing:
Lead negotiations with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Close deals and secure contracts that meet or exceed revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Provide regular sales reports, including pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and sales performance metrics.
Analyze sales data to make informed strategic decisions.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure successful client engagement and satisfaction.
