We are seeking a seasoned Techno-functional Business Analyst with 8-10 years of experience in the insurance industry to join our team on a 6-month contract. This is a remote position, providing an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team on challenging and rewarding projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Policy Lifecycle Management: Thorough understanding of the policy life cycle and associated business processes across various lines of insurance business.
- Requirements Gathering: Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Ensure clarity, completeness, and alignment with business objectives.
- API Testing: Hands-on experience with API testing, including creating and managing tests using Postman collections.
- Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, developers, and other team members.
- Documentation: Proficient in creating detailed documentation for requirements, specifications, process flows, and other relevant artifacts.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the insurance industry, including familiarity with all lines of insurance business.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman.
