Job Summary:

Seeking a Techno-Functional Analyst with 3+ years of experience to bridge the gap between technology and business operations. The candidate will analyze business requirements and implement technical solutions that enhance performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

*Analyze business processes and translate them into system requirements.

*Collaborate with IT and business units to design and implement solutions.

*Develop and maintain system documentation and process maps.

*Assist with system configuration, testing, and deployment.

*Provide end-user training and support for new systems and features.

*Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

*Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

*Minimum of 3 years of experience in a techno-functional role.

*Strong understanding of both technical and business processes.

*Experience with FRD, BRD, SRS and Power BI

*Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.

*Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
