Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, delivering tailored technical solutions to meet their needs.
- Provide technical support to the sales team and clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of products and services.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and present detailed sales proposals and product demonstrations to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports for management review.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a techno-commercial role, with a strong track record in sales and marketing.
- Proven Experience in Product Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Manufacturing.
- Hands on experience into software and hardware.
- In-depth knowledge of technical products and solutions within the industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
