Techno-commercial Manager

Job Brief:

We're seeking a motivated Techno-commercial Manager in Visakhapatnam to develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the region. The goal is to meet and surpass the company's expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

Analyze market trends and identify potential customers.

Develop and execute sales plans aligned with company objectives.

Lead the sales team to achieve set targets.

Utilize technical knowledge to explain product features and benefits to customers effectively.

Prepare proposals tailored to client needs.

Negotiate and close deals to ensure mutually beneficial contracts.

Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Overview after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Generate detailed reports on sales activities and market trends.

Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in a techno-commercial role (Pharma and Biopharma)

Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

In-depth understanding of technical aspects relevant to the industry.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build strong relationships and manage client expectations.

Qualification: Master's degree in Life Sciences (Biotechnology & Biochemistry), Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
