• Key Responsibilities :

- Technical Expertise : Apply your comprehensive knowledge of Desoi Germany's injection technology and structural repair products to provide technical support and guidance to clients.
- Commercial Strategy :Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to develop and implement effective strategies for market expansion.
- Client Interaction : Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and translate them into compelling commercial proposals.
- Product Integration : Ensure seamless integration of Desoi Germany's solutions by collaborating with internal teams and providing technical insights.
- Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities for business growth.

• Qualifications :-Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Business acumen and a strategic mindset.- Should be expertise in MS Office, Excel, Photoshop, Autocad.
- Technical proficiency in relevant tools and applications.

• Compensation and Benefits :-

Based on performance and successful completion of the internship, a competitive salary package of

• 5 to 2.8 LPA will be offered.
  - Contract Bond : A two-year contract bond will be applicable to ensure commitment and mutual growth.
