Sq.M Technologies is a team of Embedded Product Engineers and Innovators based in Pune. We specialize in transforming ideas and concepts into tangible products, with expertise in end-to-end embedded product engineering, hardware design, firmware/software design, mechanical styling, and compliance services. Our focus is on designing and developing medical and automation systems using Xilinx and Altera FPGAs, and leveraging our in-house Zynq SOC platform for AI and ML applications.

Role Description

Support in managing and preparation of funding applications

Creation of business plans, market analyses, funding applications in English

Support in the daily business in activities in funding, financing and investments, networking

Proposal Development: Create, write, and edit technical proposals, ensuring they are well-organized, clear, and persuasive.

Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research to understand the requirements of each proposal and gather relevant information from subject matter experts, technical teams, and other stakeholders.

Content Creation: Develop content that accurately reflects our technical capabilities, solutions, and benefits in response to RFPs, RFQs, and other solicitation documents.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and project management, to gather necessary information and insights.

Compliance and Standards: Ensure all proposals comply with client requirements, industry standards, and internal quality guidelines.

Review and Edit: Review and revise proposal content for accuracy, completeness, and clarity. Edit documents for grammar, punctuation, and style.

Project Management: Manage multiple proposal projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.

Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor offerings to continuously improve proposal quality and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Technical Writing, Technical Communication, and Technical Documentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into user-friendly documentation
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with documentation tools and software
• Experience in the embedded product engineering field is a plus
• Master's degree in Technical Writing, English, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing, proposal writing, or a similar role.Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate them into clear, compelling content.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a simple and understandable manner.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
