About the role:

As a Trainer and technical writer, you will play a crucial role in our organization's learning and development initiatives, focusing on building the skills and capabilities of our team along with producing high-quality

customer facing documentation. You will design, develop, and deliver training programs to enhance technical proficiency, foster innovation, and promote best practices for using our product suite. You will create

and develop technical documentation for the products and publish them based on industry standards.

Experience : 6+ Years

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days

Shift : U.S Shift (06:30 PM IST to 03:30 AM IST)

Location : Bangalore

Training videos must for the initial understanding of the trainer.

Skills and Qualifications:

University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred

Excellent with written and verbal communication.

Experience designing and delivering technical training programs or workshops, preferably in the field of data engineering or related areas.

Having hands-on experience with various technical writing and video editing tools and software is a must.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.

Passion for learning and teaching, with a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Experience with Atlassian Confluence, Gitbook, GitHub, Streamyard, Camtasia, Da Vinci Resolve, JIRA etc

Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation

Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development
