Technical Writer
nOur Opening and Your Responsibilities
nJob Description:
nPlan, create, and manage product documentation with a focus on Reference Manuals, User Manuals, Installation Instructions
nResearch all information for the creation of product documentation
nCreate or edit texts in English
nTarget group-oriented content creation and maintenance in the XML-based CMS (SCHEMA ST4)
nCreate technical illustrations from 2D and 3D data
nEdit line drawings, photos, and screenshots
nProduct photography and image editing
nCompliance with and implementation of applicable regulatory requirements
nManagement of documentation projects according to project list
nConducting and moderating review meetings
nCoordination of translation orders
nRepresenting the team at project coordination meetings
nWhat You Need to Succeed
nMinimum Qualification / Requirements:
nDegree in the natural sciences or technology (e.g., medical technology, engineering, etc.)
nMinimum 2 years experience in technical writing
nEnglish fluently written and spoken (C2)
nExcellent communication skills
nSelf-motivated and capable of working independently on projects
nExperienced SCHEMA ST4 or any other content management system and Adobe CC user
nExperienced in working with terminology tools
nStructured and result driven
nHigh quality awareness
