Job Requirements:
At least five years of experience in technical documentation.
Good in written and verbal communication.
Able to understand and develop technical information and present it clearly and accurately.
Has experience in software product and/or project documentation.
Has knowledge about the banking or health insurance services and related jargons.
Have developed software documents for the banking or health insurance domain.
Proficient in MS Office suite of products.
Has good knowledge about structured authoring and XML.
Has knowledge and experience in topic-based authoring and DITA.
Has hands-on expertise in using the XML authoring tools such as Arbortext Editor or Oxygen Editor.
Able to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Ability to work with different teams spread across the globe.
Ability to understand product, domain, and technology.
Work pro-actively owning responsibility towards delivery.
Experience in developing user manuals, online help, installation and upgrade guides, release notes, etc.
