Technical Writer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Writer located in Hyderabad. We are seeking Technical Writers with 5 to 8 years of experience for a large US-based product company.

Job Description:

Create and Develop software documentation

Produce comprehensive, accurate, and detailed technical documentation for enterprise software products.

Create user guides, manuals, and tutorials that assist users in understanding and navigating the technical aspects of products.

Content Review and Enhancement:

Review and enhance existing technical documentation, ensuring consistency, clarity, and adherence to industry standards.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and validate technical details.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with developers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand intricate technical details and communicate them effectively in documentation.

Adaptability:

Quickly grasp new technologies and concepts and effectively communicate them in documentation

Preferred Skills

Good understanding of software concepts, architectures, and processes

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented with a keen eye for grammar, technical accuracy and consistency

Proficiency in DITA and XML-based authoring tools

Proficiency in CSS, preferably AEM
