- Excellent written communication skills in English essential Experience in Create and maintain high quality customer information products.
- Domain Knowledge on Telecomm / Networking Expert in Tools like DITA/ XML authoring, Frame Maker, Adobe Acrobat Self-motivated and flexible, with ability to handle multiple projects and move quickly among them.
- Must have 3-5 years of technical writer experience BA/MA, English/Technical Communications; BS/MS, Engineering/Computer Science; or equivalent Quality Assurance Work Independent
- Able to cover several projects simultaneously with flexibility and willingness to move between projects on short notice.
- Able to develop, publish, and maintain end-user documentation for upcoming releases and features within release timelines
