Technical Writer / Content Creator

• As a Technical Writer/Content Creator, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining high-quality written material as well as video and audio content
• This will drive our team and customers to greater success in helping stop fraud and detecting malicious actors on the internet

Requirements:

• 3 years experience or greater as a Technical Writer or Content Creator

• Experience with creating engaging training content

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong understanding of APIs, both implementation and troubleshooting.

• Understand JSON

• Able to read multiple programming languages (Javascript, PHP, Python, Java preferred)

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

• Understand common networking methodologies and WAN architecture (Site-to-site VPN, overlaid fabric, etc.)

• Understand DNS

• Understanding of PHP and Golang.

• Understanding of IPQualityScores APIs, frameworks or other utilities.
