About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Training Manager to lead our dynamic training programs and deliver top-notch learning experiences. You will oversee training delivery management, mentor junior trainers, and create innovative training content to empower learners in Full Stack, Web, Java/Python, Networking, and Database technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery: Conduct live in-person/virtual classes for learners on Full Stack technologies, Java/Python, Networking, and more.
- Project-based Learning: Guide students in completing projects on time and mentor their progress.
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality learning materials like presentations, videos, and assignments.
- Student Experience: Design and implement engaging, student-focused programs.
- Metrics & Project Management: Use a data-driven approach to track training progress, manage projects, and report on outcomes.
- Communication & Coordination: Ensure smooth collaboration with teams, provide transparent status updates, and facilitate discussions.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience, with 5+ years in Training Delivery Management.
- Expertise in Java/Python, Web Technologies, and Full Stack Development.
- Strong project management skills with a metrics-driven approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of front-end web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Strong command over back-end technologies (Java/Python, APIs, distributed systems).
- Familiarity with databases (relational & non-relational) and web servers (Apache, Nginx).
- Ability to work under tight timelines in a dynamic environment.

Pay: 1,000,000.00 - 1,200,000.00 per year
